Please read important information: A mockup is NOT required when placing your order. For the most accurate color match, we highly encourage providing hex codes for all requested colors. If hex codes are not provided, the factory will do its best to match the colors in your logo or design. Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds or replacements for color variations will not be issued when hex codes are not supplied. Custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
- Files Required: Hi Res PNG or JPEG file and it MUST BE SEAMLESS with the same background color that you are wanting printed
- There is NO CHARGE for mock ups
- We are able to create seamless designs if needed for an additional $5.00 per design
- Mock Up TAT: 24 Hours
- Past mocks may be used if the factory code is shown in the upper left corner
